Well, if you’ve got this far you’ll already know I can probably do what you need me to do. You’ll know I can design and deliver facilitation; get people working and learning together, create compelling events and even create unique, usable information systems.

However, despite a glittering CV (I’ll send you one if you ask) You’d be thinking, “What’s he really like?” “Can I work with him?” “Will he want to work with us?”

How about this?

It’s a wordle, it was given to me, unprompted, by the people in a continuing professional development group I run (Consultants Anon). They are a group of around 30 high calibre individuals based in the UK and Continental Europe and have known me for over 5 years. If you’ve not seen one of these before the size of the font indicates how many times people mentioned the word. That’s me. Not made up marketing, just the views of a bunch of people who I’ve worked with and know me well. Thanks guys.

I have extensive experience working with 3rd Sector, Private Sector and Public sector organisations, and thoroughly enjoy practising the art and science of Facilitation.

I have worked internationally in facilitation, consultancy, training and managerial roles over the past 20 years.  Starting out as an Industrial Chemist and running Technical Service, R&D and Market Information departments in the course of my career.

I am a team player with strong interpersonal and excellent presentation skills.

I would describe my approach as one of mature professionalism combined with a friendly, enthusiastic style.

I find helping people understand complex issues and helping them presenting in a straightforward way satisfying.  The end result being so that they can be understood by a wide audience from board level to the general public.
